6063-T5 High Strength Aluminum frame, our folding pop up canopy is best canopy tent that you can rely on. A square frame or a hexagonal frame is available for you to choose. 2.0-millimetre wall thickness of frame to be our standard choice, also we follow custom requirement.
About the connectors, they are subjected to strong forces in windy conditions, are made from full extruded aluminium (not lacquered steel or plastic).
The folding tent is always sturdy on its feet because of its large 10 x 10 cm base plate. Spring in the centre of the roof structure of the pop up tents ensures that the roof fabric remains taut and the spring absorbs shocks in rough weather.
Roof and side walls
The roofs and side walls are usually made from 320 g/m² - 420 D polyester with a PVC-coating on the inside, Our polyester fabrics are anti-mould, UV-blocking and fire-retardant. The corners of the roof are fitted with protective caps that provide extra protection for the fabric from rubbing against the frame.
Also PVC fabrics are available for your choice.
